Hi Folks,

The 1st Old Boys (SeaCat) Band win the Northern Ireland Brass Band League
Spring Festival Championship section with Peter Graham's Essence of Time
gaining 195 pts and also winning the Best conductor prize which went to
Grenville Moore.

CWA Brass 2nd  (193pts) and Best Soloist Dessie Neill (Tallis Variations)
Laganvale 3rd (192pts) and best percussion Prize (London Overture)


2nd section

1st 3rd Carrickfergus Silver won with (Purcell Variations) and Best
Conductor Dessie Graham
2nd Ballyduff Silver  (The Royal Mile)
3rd Comber silver (Resurgam)

3rd Section

1st Newtownards Silver (Saddleworth Festival)
