Why not use the Brass Band Directory as published by the Brass Band
Frederation?.

This has justy about every band in the UK listed complete with contact
details which assoc. they are with and where and when they rehearse.

Most Band secretarys should have one.

If not, contact Hayley Granger wo would send you one.
