Hi Mark,

No it wasn't that late at Preston but apparently the last band in the third
section went
on at 12.15am. Please correct this if this is wrong but that is the in
information I was given on Sunday!!

It was something to do with the length of the  test piece. Someone said it
was fifteen minutes in length and the longest band took 25 mins and the
quickest band took 19 mins.
