George Robins is perfectly correct. The Licence Bill has nothing to do with
the PRS.

Also, if you wish to raise a query or objection with your MP, log on to
"United Kingdom Parliament" web site. There you will find a list of MPS who
you can e.mail direct from the site.
Incidentally, I could not find any figures mentioned in the Bill. There are
explanatory notes on the Bill provided by the Department of Culture, Media
and Sport.
