The only thing you will have to be careful about in Arkansas
is the "dry county"

This means that there are no bars, pubs or restaurants that sell
alcoholic beverages (IE Beer)
You have to go to a "wet county" to purchase any adult beverages.

The Great American Brass Band Festival is in Dana Kentucky which is "dry"

I am not sure about Little Rock but there are nearby dry counties.

Best visit the "Duty Free" on the way.

Is Little Rock in  "dry county"?
