Why not check with Ray Farr himself? His email address is:
rayfarr@xxxxxxxxx which is available from his web page at:

The band I play with, Triangle Brass Band in North Carolina, USA recently
had Mr. Farr conduct us on a concert. Although our rehearsal time with him
was, unfortunately, shortened by an ice storm that put much of our area
out-of-commission for a few days, the one long rehearsal we had with him
was a very rewarding experience and the concert was a real high point to
our season. On it, we performed Mr. Farr's arrangement of Zappa's
"Dogbreath Variations" which, although a difficult piece technically, was a
lot of fun once we got to "polishing up the style" of it. The audience
really seemed to like it, too. Bravo, Ray Farr!
