Try for slow songs:
"Demelza"
"Ballade" by John Golland...you will have to transpose it but it comes out
just fabulous on an e flat instrument, it makes it lower too
If you're playing with a band I reckon "bring him home" from les mis is good
for soprano

For technical:
Rhapsody for Soprano Cornet all the way!!
I've played Slavische Fantasie on horn before...
