If you don't get a response from somewhere a bit closer to you ...

We have Mephistopheles and Castell Caerdydd in our library.  I can get hold
of them next Tuesday night if you give me a couple of days' notice.  I've
had success with scanning and e-mailing odd parts.

Our library also lists Caliph of Baghdad, but shows it as missing at the
last couple of stocktakes.  The database doesn't even have composer/arranger
information.  I can get the librarian to have another look for it if you
can't find it elsewhere.
