I haven't seen a published list, but I do know that the percussion parts
were issued separately to the main set, because the original ones were
wrong.

There is a bar missing in the new percussion part too, bar 130 in the
second movement should be a 2/4 bar rest, followed by the bar with the
bell in as written.

I still can't get over the fact that we only need two drummers and don't
need the timps!
