Could I add to this one

The basses shall be resting everytime the trombones play so that they can
advise on tuning, tempo, dynamics and phrasing of the trombone parts and
generally impart their greater musicality on the afore mentioned section
whilst the conductor is talking to the band.

The above statement could also be used for when the horn, baritone,
percussion and backrow sections play.
