Our band runs a tote, a line costs a pound each and
everybody has at least one line each per week. Half
the takings go to the winner/s and half to the band.
This is a regular income which pays for day to day
expenses. I couldn't tell you right at the moment how
much this brings in a week but if your interested I
could dig out my neatly filed band accounts.
