I note that the London & Southern Coutnies entrance in 4th section is down
to 20 bands this year, where previoulsy it has been as many as 36. This will
be partly due to more bands being promoted to 3rd section for this year, but
there will still be a good many bands not entering for other reasons. Any
ideas why? Is it choice of test piece or something else?
