I regularly hear Crispian playing one of the trumpet concertos on Classic FM
in the UK and I can`t help thinking I really don`t like his tone.

It sounds poor in my opinion in comparison to eg. John Wallace who is also
regularly featured.

Perhaps it was the recording - or the fact that I`m a Tuba player !
