Being a Rep with a large part of my area in the East of England I can concur
these comments it is hopeless trying to get across from my home to some areas in
anything like the time it takes to get to the RAH from my home in St Neots
although I suspect That Brian
Hastings is all to aware of the travel problems coming from Norwich.

But is there anywhere easier why not try Cambridge only likely venue Corn
exchange No facilities internally.
London Costs are high for hotels and venues
Essex Not sure of this county as only ventured as far as Romford or Brentwood.
Stevenage is I think the most central and by far the fairest location
although some of the facilities are not perfect if the venue changed there would
be gripes about facilities per say so back the area organisers or help by
offering suggestions perhaps you know of a better venue and they don't
