As Martin says the big issue is cost.  There are no doubt better venues but
unless there's a rich benefactor out there or bands are prepared to dig
deeper to cover the cost they are financially out of reach.  At the end of
the day no matter how good the facilities everyone's in the same boat aren't
they.
