LARRY, Roy Kaighin is a conductor of a band in Vancouver, British Columbia, he is also a splendid arranger and composer who served in H.M.Royal Marines Band Service until his retirement a few years ago, his works include Double Dolphin, Espirit De Corps, The Nation, Lichfield, Salute to Victory all been published by Cinque Port Music, Deal, U.K. My point was for you and him, was to 'probably' start a Canadian Brass Band Championship.........
