Who published it under the title "Death or Glory?"  Boosey & Hawkes?  They
have been notorious for taking marches written by composers from other
countries and re-publishing them under very British-sounding titles.
They've re-titled a LOT of excellent German marches, perhaps because of the
number of times Britain and Germany have been at war with one another.
