In my own opinion

GET YOUR STUDENT TO CASUALTY ASAP!!
and demand  what is the problem....


Anything like this should be dealt with as soon as possible as this MAYBE
(and only maybe) a medical emergency.

Do the right thing and sort this out as soon as possible.

I speak from my own personal experiences!!.....
