Hello Ladies and Gentlemen

I am happy to be making my first submission to this mailing list (well the
first one that the list has accepted (I hope)), anyway... it is a rather
urgent request for assistance. I am trying to discover whether
composer/conductor/tuba player George Hespe is still alive. He would be 103,
but I cannot find information about him, and I've done a lot of looking. Do
any of you know?

In the unfortunate event that he has passed on, I would really appreciate
any advice as to his date of death: we have recently recorded his Three
Musketeers for a CD and I need the information for booklet notes.

Any help gratefully received.
