This is the programme from our last concert, which was a massed bands do
with ourselves (Godalming Band) and Farnham Band, together with Zoe Turner
as guest Soprano singer' Peter Buisseret as organist and Michael Cochrane as
narrator for Into The Ark :

Zoe Turner accompanied by Godalming Band:

Massed Bands:
Radetsky March - Strauss, arr. Ryan
The Young Amadeus - Parker, arr. De Hann
Finlandia - Sibelius

INTERVAL

Massed Bands:
Aces High - Goodwin, arr. Bryce
Li'l Darlin' - Hefti, arr. Sparke
Lustspiel Overture - Keler Bela

Into The Ark - John Golland, Words by Thomas Pitfield

Massed Bands:
March, Suivez La Raison - Arthur Butterworth
The Lost Chord - Sullivan, arr. Langford
War March Of The Priests - Mendelssohn, arr. Langford

Finale:
Rule Brittania - Arne arr. Stone (bands + Zoe Turner)
Jerusalem - Parry, arr. Lancaster (YES, THAT LANCASTER) (bands + Zoe Turner
+ audience)


It was a bit of a heavy programme, but the audience seemed to enjoy it. For
less formal questions we do less formal music (obviously?). I make that 4
original pieces, 11 arrangements and 2 not attributed but probably
arrangements.
