Accidentals on split parts.

Advice please.
Playing the Euphonium part of a piece tonight, one bar splits into two
parts. The music is in the key of C. The first note in the upper part is a B
with a flat added as an accidental to make the note played Bb.Later in the
same bar the 2nd part has a B with no accidental added. Should the player of
the 2nd part play a B natural or a  B flat?
