Hello, we're SWON, a friendly amateur wind band based in East Finchley in London. We're on the look out for some new members to fill in some gaps for this term which starts next Tuesday 24th April. We're especially keen to find, Trumpet, French Horn, Bassoon, Bass Clarinet and Oboe players.
We rehearse weekly on Tuesday evenings, do 1-2 performances a term and plan on going on tour next year! We're looking for people who want to join us properly (we have deps as and when we need already) who would like to play with us. Grade 7+ prefered, but if you're an enthusiastic improver, we'd still love to have you. There's no audition process.

You will get to perform at the Eperney Summer Festival, tour around the famous Moët Champagne House and also play a
bandstand concert! All this plus all travel, hotels and full board will cost around £200. We're looking for a few more musicians to come, especially if you
are a brass player, or a bassoonist. Get in touch with our tour organiser for more details, places already filling up fast!
