I appreciate that rules are rules. However, I cannot see the need for a signature form to be completed as well as registration cards checked. Even if such a form is required, I don't think it is such a great misdemeanour if one name is accidentally ommitted from it. We probably could have played without our percussionist, but we knew we were in with a chance of winning if he played. Without him, we couldn't have come in the top two. (The timpani par after F in Montage is > particularly noticable, and he also did cymbal clashes, etc.). I'll keep you informed of any developments. At the moment, I'm assuming that we will be going to the Finals, as I believe that our case is a strong one (not to mention the fact that we've bought the Champagne already!!!)...
