I don't know any brass band arrangements but the Wind band I play with - Newfield Community band - has a piece out called "Sinatra in Concert", arranged by Jerry Nowak. It is a compilation which contains the songs: New York New York ,It was a Very Good Year, The Lady is a Tramp and My Way. It is an easy but effective arrangement and audiences seem to like it.
