Hi, I guess the best way is to store it in a database say Ms Access. You could then easily extend it with attributes like accompagnying text for comperes,... to prevent you have to invent some 5 minutes before going on stage. I am always amazed finding out even most of the top 10 English bands do not have a decent info for comperes! You could also link it to concerts to find out perhaps you haven't played a lot of music which is just sitting in the library, or played "Lark in the clear air" already 200 times and your program is not very changing often, or your soloists are quite lazy in finding out themselves nice solos. You could even give performances a score,... Nice things can come out, assured! Provide your band a nice information system, and eg start with a brainstorming around the members about all info requested from it. Regards, Ed PS I should maybe start it and sell it,... hmmm --
