Tempo di Mazurka?
If a Mazurka isn't defined, it's a Polish dance in 3/4 with the stress
in the bar falling on either the 2nd or 3rd beats. Speed about crotchet
= 90 or so - a _really_ slow one in a bar feel (though not conducted as
such).
