There is an arrangement of the 2nd and 3rd movements of the Hummel Trumpet
Concerto for trumpet soloist & brass band in The Salvation Army Festival
Series Band Journal (FS 330, I believe).  The arrangement is by former New
York Staff Bandmaster Vernon Post, who arranged it for cornet soloist Derek
Smith back in 1968.

David is probably right; it may not arrange particularly well for brass band
and one very rarely hears this arrangement performed in The S.A., but it has
been done.
