Hi Simon,

I'm not religious either!

But some people are, and if playing in a band is part
of that, fair enough, and they should be allowed to
speak about it freely, which was my point. (Not that
you have to be religious to play in a band.)

But most bands touch on religion in some way, whether
it be at church or carol services, rememberance
services etc. May just be another paying gig to the
players with no spiritual significance, but it does
bring us into contact with various denominations. So,
imho, topics related to bands involvement in religious
services, everything from arrangements of music to how
playing in a band in part of your belief, is as worthy
as any other topic on the list.
