Dear Educationalist,

Recently, many teachers of brass instrumentalists have asked me numerous
questions about the National College of Brass. Several have asked about how
to become involved in such an organisation but most have related to its
educational content and practical challenges. For those teachers, directors
of music and students who wish to know more please try our new web site -
www.nationalcollegeofbrass.co.uk

Please note that this educational body (Est.1988) is fully recognised by the
governments QCA and all examinations are examined by qualified brass
specialists. It is a non-profit organisation which endeavours to support the
brass band movement and brass instrumentalists throughout the country.

The College offers Primary Grades,Theory and Practical Grades (I - VIII) and
Diplomas in Conducting and Performing. However, it is also happy to support
instrumental teachers by discussing repertoire, instrumental techniques and
new educational initiatives.
