Hello,

I can't answer you're question, but if you want to
join a band, Kirkintilloch Kelvin Brass is looking for
decent cornet players, and has two guys, Willie
Tennant and Peter Fraser, who will answer any
questions you could possibly have about what you are
writing about, as they know more than any person in
history about bands! One of the trombone players is
doing her dissertation on a similar topic as well.
Write back if you want phone nos etc.
