I am trying to purchase this superb piece by Derek Broadbent.

It was commissioned for the Wessex Youth Band Course in 1997.

I have searched the Just Music catalogue, which includes a number of his
pieces, and Mostyn Music but it is not listed.

If anyone on the list knows where I can obtain it, I would be most grateful.
