I wrote to Grimethorpe and asked what the truth was about that arrangement.

I was told that the arrangement by Kevin Bolton that was used in the film
existed only in manuscript and was not available for sale; "due to copyright
problems"

If it only exists in manuscript, doesn't that mean that it has never been
legally published?
