I'm surprised at you Tom!! You never read all of my post, had you read the last paragraph you would see that the point you made was, I think, adequately covered. I was told that the arrangement by Kevin Bolton that was used in the film existed only in manuscript and was not available for sale; "due to copyright problems" If it only exists in manuscript, doesn't that mean that it has never been legally published?
