Hi, I have helped achieved this both by using a professional firm to record a band and by using a digital recorder at live performances. On the first the band made a significant profit by getting the printing free from a printer's charity budget. At the end of the day it can now be achieved for little cost if a low cost insert is used, with a digital live recording and a lot of someone's time burning CD's on their own PC.
