I was due to start the above course at the local uni here in Norfolk, England
a couple of weeks ago. Due to an administrative .... up, they had decided
earlier in the summer not to run the course this year, but didn't tell me!
I had only this year as an opportunity to do this course, and as it was
close, it was possible to attend the tutorials easily each fortnight.

Anyone any quick fixes? They are not bothered much, but whats new nowadays!
