Good thought on the registry - I love a volunteer.
Just a thought - How about registering insignia as well.
>From cruising sites a few years back, the insignia for Melbourne Town Band
UK was identical to Melbourne and Metropolitan Tramways Band Oz.
Now this could be a good thing - we could all buy in bulk, looking at the
ceiling from the floor of some boozer your hat could be mistaken for the
other mob etc. But I think I detect an air of individuality amongst brass
bandies.
