This is already done by The Salvation Army in the USA. There are so many young
people who are learning at school that the TSA found it to be beneficial to do
so.
They also have part in F and sometimes even in C for Flautists who sometimes
show up at music camp.
The later however, is quite often discouraged, as it should be, as the sound is
not conducive to brass bands.
