Sorry Nigel but the reverse can also be said as to why Brass Bands do not
try harder to encourage students who have mastered their musical talents in
the schooling system into Brass Bands.

Most of these students invariably just dissapear after school leaving with
all this talent going to waste.

I am sure that if these arrangements were widely available in all categories
of music, then Brass Bands would be out there actively recruiting.

I would certainly like to see the parts available so that my Sibelius can
have a rest.
