English Music, Radio 3 are asking for English Music to
play on St George?s day; I have suggested Holst?s
suite for Band if you have other ideas for BB or
others let them know. . .

Classic FM did two hours of brass without one BB
yesterday Sunday 12noon-2 (David Mellor introduces) at
least he mentioned BB?s and used one or more records
of the Cleveland Brass Ensemble (brass of the SO from
there)   First half was trumpet, featuring Maurice
Andre, then there were sixteen trombones London
Trombone Sound or such playing Barber?s adagio . ..
