Is anyone able to provide information on this composition? It is the one
where players progressively walk off stage leaving just the Bb bass to =
play
a prolonged cadenza-like solo, after which the players return for the =
grand
finale.

I think it was written by Hogarth Lear (Elgar Howarth) but I am not =
certain.
