Elgar Howarth originally made this arrangement for the PJBE 10 piece group
to showpiece the musical (and theatrical!) skills of John Fletcher. It's
recorded on the 'Brass in Switzerland' album along with Berne Patrol, Zurich
March etc.  Howarth later arranged many of these for Grimethorpe during the
'Granada years'.

On reflection, although I played it with Black Dyke, because Gary Howarth
arranged it, and at the time I think he was professional director of
Grimethorpe, especially at the time when Grimethorpe won the TV Granada Band
of the Year contest it seem logical that he would have penned it for
Grimethorpe. However, I still think it isn't published which is a pity.
