It was published for solo piano in 1914 by John Church & Co. I think
they were an American publisher, with a British office. The Music
Publisher's Association may have details about whether their catalogue
was bought by another publisher or not.

Moonbeams is probably long out of print, but the British Library have a
copy which you may be able to inter-library loan (or get a copy if it is
out of copyright). It was recorded on *"*Silks & Rags: The* *Great
American Main St. Band" which is available from Amazon.com.
