Can't see it being a good idea.
To be adjustable must mean that the mouthpiece is in at least two parts - this has got to compromise sound quality.

Besson Sovereign
I bought a Sovereign just as soon as I could afford one! Only problem with it is the triggers on 1st and 3rd valve slides - if you get an airlock stopping the slide returning then it isn't as easy to get it back as if you had a finger ring.
