Advance Musical Knowledge

Im currently studying I.C.T at my local college, in Guernsey, and I am looking to move my career to something a bit more practical.
I play the Trombone, Piano, Drums, Euphonium, Baritone (anything valved below a Horn. And soon electric guitar.
Does anyone have any ideas of Recording studios i could possible go to continue my career, and learn more about sound engineering?
