Hello Everyone,
For anyone interested in new music for the euphonium, a recording of Steve Mead's premiere performance of the Rolf Rudin Euphonium Concerto is now available from his website, www.euphonium.net. It's a free download. This is a fantastic performance and a wonderful addition to our solo repertoire. It's a large 20+ minute work inspired by ancient Irish folk legends. He also has a link discussing the concerto in further detail along with pictures from the concert.
