Can anyone help?

Surrey Brass would like to attempt to play this, but cannot find where this music has been published, or where we might otherwise hire or obtain it.

Please reply to music@surreybrass.co.uk as well as this forum - we don't visit here often enough!

He published it himself didn't he? I can't remember his company's name, is it Rakeway?
