The band that I am belong to will play THREE SAINTS composed by Goff Richards at our next concert.
Then, I would like to know the background of the piece.
I have serached about it on internet, but could not get it.

It was the 3rd section area test piece in 1998.
I realise that isn't the information that you're after but it does mean that if you can track down a conductor of a 3rd section band in that year (s)he will be able to help.
