Has anyone tried any of the music stands that let you play while the stand bears some of the weight of the instrument? Nigel: I'm in the U.S. The type of magazine I'm interested in would presumably have somewhat universal appeal for brass players. Any good brass magazines?
Does anyone know of any good brass playing-related magazines? Something with articles on technique, featured personalities/bands, instruments, CD reviews, etc. And of course, nice color photos of brass instruments. I haven't been able to find anything that fits the bill. Any ideas?

Baritone tuning
Hello:
I've been playing baritone for 8 months but have yet to figure out how to tune it to match another instrument or to match a tuner. How does one figure out which one of the slides (or combination of slides) are adjusted to get the right pitch?
